Marketing + News: Modern Media Partners
Modern Media Partners works with established media companies and with media entrepreneurs and bloggers to build, produce, market and sell business conferences and media brands. Their many clients include Dow Jones and Wired magazine. They are a minority owner of Ypulse, which produces a blog and conferences for youth media and marketing professionals.
Modern Media needed a site that combined “evergreen” marketing pages — basic information about what they do — and a frequently updated “news” section for posts about their various projects. Both types of content had to be easy for Modern Media to update, and for their audience to find.
Excerpts of Modern Media’s latest news appears on the front page. Additionally, “related news” on a particular topic appears on interior pages, in context.
