WordPress Widgets and Plugins
Plugins add functionality to your blog. Widgets are pieces of code that display navigational and other information in your sidebars. We’ve developed quite a few plugins and widgets. Try them out!
Installing Plugins and Widgets
- Download the plugin/widget code. Unzip it to your local computer.
- Most of our plugins consist of several files within a folder. Upload the entire folder to your WordPress wp-content/plugins directory.
- Activate the plugin by going to the Plugins admin panel and clicking “Activate”.
- Some plugins require extra configuration in the control panel or some stylesheet work: see the post about the specific plugin for details.
